I found in the busy streets of Edinburgh a baby seagull walking in between cars unable to fly. I took care of her while teaching her how to fly.

She was left free around the house and cuddled in bed with me. We used to go for walks around the lakes... One day I took her to the top of a hill from where she eventually flu off beautifully.

Years later, I had a similar connection with a baby kittiwake gull.
